Lalondra Reed-Vance is an up and coming model in Atlanta, GA. Born and raised in Oakland, CA, Lalondra discovered an initial love for fashion, music, track & field, and modeling. In high school, she wanted to explore her ability to design clothes; but ultimately decided to join the choir to sing. Her running career began in the 9th grade and she competed all throughout college. She was competitive in many events which included the long jump, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4×100, and the 4×400 relays. Lalondra is the third child of her mother and father’s four children; although she has a total of 10 siblings.

Coming up, Lalondra was known as the “chameleon” because of her ability to fit into many environments. Lalondra recalls falling in love with the camera at the age of 4, when her older sister would dress her up like a doll. She loved changing clothes and showing off her many looks to her sisters.

Throughout college, Lalondra majored in fashion. Exquisitely beautiful, Lalondra decided to indulge in her passion, modeling. To be a model is much more than a pretty face; modeling is a way of expression. It is an elegant way to tell a story, without using words. To show movement in a still picture is such an incredible skill to possess. Modeling is a way of capturing all of life’s beauties and finding a way of placing them on a canvas, to cherish for a lifetime. This multi-talented Californian enjoys creating and recreating art in its entirety. Lalondra desires to build a promising future exploring business ventures within the fashion industry. She has the ability to gather knowledge and information from many areas of exposure.

Lalondra encourages others with the constant reminder that “A person doesn’t have to be a size 2 to model! Just have confidence in what you want to do or be in life and know you can do anything you put your mind to it. My motto is…..If you want to dance? Dance like no one is watching, sing like there’s a concert and walk like you’re in a fashion show.” ~Lalondra~
